A demo of CereSoft FormAgent, our static form processing product, is available, and we will be
pleased to send it to you. For security reasons, we must know who we are sending it to. Please fill
out the electronic request form below, and we will e-mail back a username and password back to
you. You may click on the link below and enter your username and password. Then you will be
authorized to download the demo. The demo will be good for 30 days. Should you require more
time to evaluate it, we can extend its life.

The demo will contain some forms we have pre-scanned into the system. It does not have
the capability to create new form templates. Should you need to perform a more complete test,
we will have a reseller contact you and make arrangements for that.
