We have significantly reduced the installation and deployment time by providing the EOBAgent™ System as an ASP service.. 

The MediBank™ Service we provide for banks and remittance processing organizations is also provided via the ASP service 

CereSoft has contracted with an international data center provider to operate and manage the data center for our ASP service. This service provider has numerous data center locations throughout United States. Currently we are using their 2 of their sites for production and backup. This will be expanded as additional customers are added to this service. 

Our hosting service is HIPPA, DOD compliant, and SAS 70 certified. 

The data center is protected closely following stringent security rules, backed up by battery banks and power generators to ensure 24 x 7 availability. 

Secured FTP connections will be setup between a provider and the data center so that, images, OCR results, and export data can be transmitted freely between the provider and the data center. 

There are two models for the ASP service; 

a) OCR service only - Provider reviews OCR result and performs their own manual keying of rejected items. OCR result batch and KFI batch are sent to the provider's cashier for final review and data enter. In this model, a provider has the full control of the final data that posting to its patient accounting system.  b) Full Service - CereSoft will also review OCR result and does the manual key. OCR result batch and KFI batch will be sent to our service center for data completion. In this model, a provider will just send in the image and get back the data. The data will be guaranteed to have the highest possible accuracy for for posting. Exceptions - those with incomplete information or questionable inconsistent data will be reported as such and returned to the provider for resolution.

We estimate that a new ASP client can be fully installed in a one to two month time frame. This is considerably shorter than an implementation in-house.
